출입국에 관한 사실증명, 외국인등록사실증명, 국적취득사실증명 등 

정부24를 통한 온라인 발급이 불가합니다.

각종 사실증명 발급이 필요한 경우 가까운 지방출입국·외국인관서를 방문하시기 바랍니다.

(사실증명 발급 수수료 면제)

Due to a fire at the National Information Resources Service, 

it is currently not possible to issue immigration-related documents—

such as the Certificate of Entry and Exit, the Certificate of Residence Registration, and the Certificate of Nationality Acquisition—via Government 24 (the Korean government’s official online service portal).

If you need any immigration-related certificates issued, 

please visit a local immigration office near your residence.

※ Temporary waiver of offline issuance fees for immigration documents 

will remain in effect until Government 24 services are fully restored.
