법무부 출입국외국인본부(출입국심사과)를 사칭한 보이스피싱 의심 사례*가 발생되어 주의 안내를 드립니다.

*(주요 사례) 출입국심사과 대표번호(02-2110-4039), 국제형사과(02-2110-3294), 법무부 고객지원센터(02-2110-3000) 등 법무부 소속부서 전화번호가 표출되도록 전화를 걸어 담당자를 사칭(담당자 이름 언급)하며 사건에 연루되어 있다면서 검찰청 출석을 요구

    ※ 법무부 고객지원센터(02-2110-3000) 번호는 수신 전용으로 발신이 불가한 번호입니다. 

출입국심사과(02-2110-4039) 등 법무부 소속부서에서 검찰청 출석이나, 개인정보 등을 요구하는 경우 보이스피싱을 의심하시어 피해를 입지 않도록 유의하여주시기 바랍니다.

[Urgent Notice from Korea Immigration Service]

Beware of voice phishing scams. Fraudsters are illegally using the phone numbers of Ministry of Justice offices and impersonating its officials. They may call you, falsely claiming that you are involved in a criminal case and demanding that you visit the prosecutor’s office.

So far, we have identified potential voice phishing scams using the following phone numbers: 02-2110-4039(Border Control Division), 02-2110-3294(International Criminal Affairs Division), 02-2110-3000(Customer Service Center).

* The Customer Service Center phone number(02-2110-3000) only receives incoming calls. 

Scammers are impersonating officials from various departments of the Ministry of Justice.

The Korea Immigration Service will never ask you to visit a prosecutor’s office or provide personal information. Stay alert for voice phishing scams.
