Page 2. Q. When and how do I submit the e-Arrival card? You can complete and submit the e-Arrival card through the e-Arrival card website (www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr) on a PC or smartphone, starting from three days before arrival in Korea until entry inspection. Scan QR code. You can visit the e-Arrival card website by entering the URL (www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr) on a PC or smartphone, or by scanning the QR code.


Page 3. Q. How can I check the e-Arrival card that I submitted? When you complete and submit the form, you will be able to download the e-Arrival card in PDF format or take a screenshot of it from the website. The e-Arrival card number and expiration date and time will also be sent to your e-mail address. You can check the e-Arrival card that you submitted on the e-Arrival card website by using your e-Arrival card issuance number or e-mail verification until its expiration date. ※ If you resubmit with the same personal information before the expiration date, only the new e-Arrival card will be accessible.


Page 4. Q. What are the benefits of submitting an e-Arrival card? You can complete and submit an entry declaration form from anywhere with internet access. By submitting an e-Arrival card in advance, you can undergo the entry inspection process quickly and conveniently upon entering Korea. Q. Is there an expiration date for the e-Arrival card? The e-Arrival card can be used within 72 hours from the time of submission. If you do not arrive in Korea within that 72 hours, your e-Arrival card will no longer be valid, and you will need to complete and submit a new e-Arrival card. ※ You can check the expiration date and time on your e-Arrival card (ex: expiration date: 2025. 3. 31. 09:00)

You will be able to edit the e-Arrival card until you undergo the entry inspection. If you want to make changes to the e-Arrival card that you submitted, you can do so on the e-Arrival card website by using your e-Arrival card issuance number or e-mail verification. Q. Do I need to present my e-Arrival card upon entry inspection? No, You will be able to go through entry inspection even if you do not have the downloaded file or screenshot of your e-Arrival card.


Page 6. Q. Do I need to complete and submit the e-Arrival card every time I enter Korea? Yes, the e-Arrival card can only be used once upon entry. A new form must be completed and submitted for your re-entry to Korea. Q. If I do not submit the e-Arrival card before my arrival, would I still be allowed to enter Korea? You can still complete the e-Arrival card or the Arrival card in writing after arriving in Korea, as long as it is before the entry inspection.
