Exemption of C-4 visa for foreigners giving one-time lecture, etc. at Non-Profits

□ The Ministry of Justice (Minister Park Sang-ki) and the Ministry of Science and ICT (Minister You Young Min) announced that foreigners invited by non-profit organizations such as the government, government-funded research institutes, universities, etc. will be allowed to give lectures or provide consultations at seminars, etc. on short-term visit status of C3, B1, or B2, without having to obtain a Short-Term Employee (C-4) visa starting from August 1, 2018.
