Ministry of Justice Enforced Amended Immigration-related Rules Specifying Eligibility to Apply for Permanent(F-5) Visa Status on Sep 21, 2018

 - Those who comply with regulations and laws of the Republic of Korea and meet certain conditions are eligible for permanent(F-5) visa status -

□ Amended immigration-related rules such as the Immigration Act, Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Act, Enforcement Regulations of the Immigration Act will go into effect on September 21, 2018.
