The Ministry of Justice (Minister Park Sang-ki) has revised its E-7 visa rules and enforces the revised regime starting March 1 (Fri.), 2019 in an effort to attract more international talent as well as to support Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) struggling with labor shortages, in areas where Korean nationals’ jobs are not taken away.
