Prosecution
Its functions are to establish and improve the comprehensive plan for prosecution administration, to make the compilation of budgets for the prosecutorial organizations, to deal with the affairs related to its facilities and its equipment, and to supervise the personnel management of prosecutorial officials. In addition, it directs and supervises the suppression and prevention of crime as well as the execution of sentences.
